Ballet is a poised style of dance that incorporates the foundational techniques for many other dance forms. In this class, dancers will learn grace and balance along with flexibility, poise and posture. Traditional barre work, center work and combinations are included in all classes. Pointe classes are offered in the advanced ballet classes along with instructor approval.
